Health and Safety
The Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974 places a duty on every employer to ensure the health, safety and welfare of all their employees. This is further endorsed by specific health and safety regulations.

These requirements can prove to be difficult to put into place and maintain effectively, particularly for organisations that may not have an in-house health and safety team.

Conflict Solutions Training and Consultancy can assist your organisation to comply with current legislative requirements and best practice.

You may want the peace of mind of having your own fully qualified health and safety professional a phone call away, available at a fraction of the cost of training a full time employee to deal with your health and safety arrangements. Alternatively you may wish to receive help and advice in a specific issue related to health and safety.

Whatever your needs, whether it is basic health and safety advice or an in depth and long term consultancy arrangement, our services can be tailored to meet your specific requirements.

We can deliver;

Auditing
Safety Audits are a way to ensure your company is complying both with the law and the company's requirements. Conflict Solutions will fully audit the company and deliver an action plan which will outline any areas of concern which need addressing and practical cost effective solutions to ensure a continued safe workplace.

Risk Assessments
In all industries it is a legal requirement to ensure all areas and jobs within the workplace are risk assessed. This is both time consuming and often a daunting task. Conflict Solutions will risk assess your new and existing business processes and deliver a full package. These can be reviewed on an ongoing basis or whenever you require.

Fire Risk Assessments
This is now a legal requirement for all commercial properties. If you have not carried out one, then contact us today and we will provide a full service to ensure legal compliance.

Health and Safety Management Advice and Support
If continued and ongoing support is what you require, Conflict Solutions will for a small annual fee, deliver a service which covers implementation and maintenance of a management system including a policy, risk assessments, auditing and training. This provides 365 days a year health and safety cover.

We will work with you in the way you want us to and write reports how you want them to be written. We offer as much or as little help and advice that you require. We are here to help your business.

Accident Investigation
This course is intended for people who are responsible for investigating accidents and incidents in the workplace. The course will cover relevant financial, moral and legal requirements in relation to Accident Investigation.
